[How to] Root UnRoot Galaxy S5 (SM-G900X) on 6.0.1 Marshmallow

I love this device, recently i have broken this device as it fell down from 10th Floor, but i am amazed to see that this device still work good in spite of it's body got broken, I love this Phone very much and i congrats you that you also hold this amazing device mobile phone. Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900X on marshmallow 6.0.1 is one of my favorite phone.So today you are here because you want to Root Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900X on marshmallow 6.0.1, If you are new to rooting, and afraid if root can make your phone fill with error, then No problem With a piece of mind proceed further, as if you face any problem then you can Unroot your mobile to it's previous state. But still do it on your own Risk we never know what wrong option you press. LOL.
Samsung Galaxy S5 have many sister version of device, which are as follow
Root SM - G900ISM 
Root SM -G900K
Root SM-G900M
Root SM-G900P
Root SM-G900W8
Root SM-G900F
Root SM-G900W8
SM-G900S So this tutorial fit on all variation of model.


 
 
So let's start Before Rooting your Mobile you need Following Download File 
  • Download Latest version of ODIN on your Pc, Remember you can download it on Mobile this you need to download on your PC, Computer or Laptop. 
  • Now depending upon your Mobile variant download CF auto Root for your mobile.

After downloading all the above files.Then follow below steps to Root Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900X.Make sure to install the Samsung driver and Odin in your Pc first.
Just after downloading Odin, TWRP, and make sure you have all odin and samsung driver file on your Computer.  
So let's start How to Root Your Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900X) on Marshmallow 6.0.1
  •  You need to select TWRP CP auto root file which will be named as CF-autoroot TWRP.tat File, place that file in an Folder. 
  • If you are not doing this steps on your PC Laptop or Computer then please open this files in PC, as this cannot be done on Mobile. 
  • Then Open Odin.exe file on your Computer. 
  • After that Switch off Your Mobile by pressing the power key, And ON it, To ON just press Volume Down button along with Power button and Home Button. If you do it correctly you will get a warning sign, which you need to avoid and proceed to next step. To avoid warning just press volume up Key, Which will reboot your Mobile into downloading mode.Hope you have installed USB driver, Just connect the USB In PC. 
  • As soon as you connect your Mobile with your laptop or PC, your ID:COM box will appear Blue in ODIN, After that you need to click on PDA or AP, ( If you are using some other version) 
  • Now pin point the file of CH auto Root which you have previously extracted, it will be named as .tar.md5 file so select that file. And please see the bellow image and do all setting according to it.



  •  After Doing all setting as seen in the above image you need to click start button, When you will press start button it will process and when process get complete your device will be restart. 
  • After rebooting of device you can remove your mobile from Computer.
  • If all thing went correctly, in App Drawer you will find SU APP, that means you are Done.  
  • Congrats you have successfully Rooted your Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900X) . on marshmallow 6.0.1
  • You can also confirm the Root access by downloading ROOT Checker apps, Please do Comment if you face any problem, And also comment if you are happy with the article. 
So the next Question coming in your mind that if i face any problem how can i Unroot Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900X)  on 6.0.1 marshmallow. 

It is really very easy to unroot,  Just go to Supersu App,
Select Setting


 Select Full Unroot
Then press COntinue, This will unroot your Mobile. How easy it can be. Lol.
